1. General Conditions

• Rawai Padel operates as a private sports and recreation club providing padel court access, training, tournaments, and related wellness facilities.

• Use of our website or services implies agreement to these terms and any linked policies, including our Privacy Policy and Playtomic’s own Terms of Service.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, facilities, or pricing at any time, with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account or purchase credits.

• Players under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

• Court access, credit purchases, and bookings are intended for individual and recreational use, not for unauthorized commercial activity or resale.

3. Booking a Court

• Courts can be booked through Playtomic or directly via rawaipadel.com (redirects to Playtomic).

• Full-court price: ฿1,200 per hour

  • Equivalent per-person rate: ฿300 (when four players share).

• Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment or credit deduction.

Playtomic cancellation policy:

• If a match is not confirmed by all players within the Playtomic confirmation window (currently 90 minutes before the scheduled time), the booking may be automatically cancelled by the system.

• Refunds or credit returns follow Playtomic’s refund and cancellation rules, available at www.playtomic.io.

Rawai Padel is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, or payment issues arising from the Playtomic platform.

4. Credit Packages

• We offer flexible prepaid Credit Packages, which can be used for court bookings and certain services at Rawai Padel.

• Price: ฿10,000

• Court discount: 10% off (Hourly rate ≈ ฿270 per person)

• Includes free sauna & ice bath access

🥇 Gold Credit — Perfect for Daily Players

• Price: ฿25,000

• Court discount: 25% off (Hourly rate ≈ ฿225 per person)

• Includes free sauna & ice bath access

💎 Diamond Credit — Founding Players Only (Limited by clubs discretion)

• Price: ฿50,000

• Court discount: 50% off (Hourly rate ≈ ฿150 per person)

• Includes free sauna & ice bath access
  
  Credit Policy:

• Credits do not expire.

• Credits can be transferred to another player upon written request.

• Credits are non-refundable, except in the case of proven error or duplicate charge.

• Discounts and benefits apply automatically at booking when logged in with your Rawai Padel / Playtomic account.

5. Facilities & Conduct

• Players must follow all posted club rules and staff instructions.

• Proper footwear and padel-appropriate attire are required.

• Rawai Padel reserves the right to deny access or suspend play for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

• Use of the sauna & ice bath is at your own risk — please consult a medical professional if you have health concerns.

6. Payment & Billing

• All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways, including Playtomic, Stripe, Thai bank transfer, or cash payments at the club.

• Prices are displayed in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable local taxes, unless stated otherwise.

• USD prices are provided for reference only and may vary according to the current exchange rate at the time of payment.

• Credits and bookings are confirmed only once payment is successfully received and verified.

• Invoices or receipts can be issued upon request at the time of purchase or via email.

• Refunds or adjustments may be made at the club’s discretion in cases of payment error or system malfunction.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds are managed under Playtomic’s cancellation and refund policy.

• If a booking is cancelled within the allowed timeframe, payment or credits will automatically return to your balance.

• No-shows or late cancellations (outside Playtomic’s permitted period) will result in forfeited court fees or credits — limited by the club’s discretion.

8. Liability & Insurance

• Participation in padel or use of facilities is at your own risk.

• Rawai Padel is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings unless due to proven negligence.

• We recommend users obtain the relevant insurance.

9. Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, images, and content on rawaipadel.com and official materials are the property of Rawai Padel Club Co., Ltd.

• Reproduction, modification, or distribution without permission is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of our services is governed by the Rawai Padel Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your data under Thailand’s PDPA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket, Thailand.
